Con ogni probabilità le ragioni di quello che vediamo tutti i giorni nei nostri cieli sono “altre” rispetto a quanto riporta lo schema (la stessa NASA nega validità alla teoria del riscaldamento globale di origine antropica e così il premio Nobel per la fisica Ivar Giaever ) tuttavia quanto pubblicato ci sembra sufficente a smentire tutti quanti danno queste tematiche come fole di poveri psicopatici, rispondendo al contempo alla notoria obiezione “ma costerebbe troppo…”.

Il Ministero federale dell’istruzione e della ricerca (BMBF) ha un team interdisciplinare di scienziati ha commissionato, per assamble lo stato attuale delle conoscenze nel campo dell’ingegneria del clima. Il risultato è dato, insieme a sei studi specifici delle scienze della natura, legge, economia, politica, scienze sociali e l’etica, una relazione integrativa generale come uno sforzo congiunto di tutti gli autori. Il Kiel Institute come istituzione coinvolta ha coordinato gli scienziati e serve come redattore dei risultati. Con il suo ampio approccio interdisciplinare, lo studio è la presentazione più completa della conoscenza e una valutazione di ingegneria del clima. Il parere politico che fa e il processo decisionale e la discussione circa l’ingegneria del clima in pubblico in modo che una base di informazioni integrate e scientifiche viene messo a disposizione “.

OTC weather derivatives are privately negotiated, individualized agreements made between two parties. But CME weather futures and options on futures are standardized contracts traded publicly on the open market in an electronic auction-like environment, with continuous negotiation of prices and complete price transparency.
